You decide… Why Vote Yes? Why Vote No?
Question 1: Should independent mechanics have access to the same diagnostic and repair information that manufacturer’s dealers have? Car repairs will be more convenient and less expensive because no one will be forced to go to a dealership for repairs. Manufacturers already provide lots of repair information.  If they are forced to disclose proprietary information, they will have to raise prices.
Question 2: Should physicians be allowed to prescribe medication, at the request of a terminally ill patient, to end that patient’s life? The act gives patients dignity, control, and peace of mind during their final days with their loved ones. Diagnoses can be wrong.  If this law is passed, people will die who could have lived long, meaningful, enjoyable lives.
Question 3: Should the state eliminate criminal and civil penalties for the medical use of marijuana by qualifying patients? Marijuana can relieve pain and nausea. Allowing the medical use of marijuana will lessen the need for dangerous narcotics. Marijuana is a gateway to more dangerous drugs.  The law would let rogue physicians distribute marijuana to anyone.
