Gov. Baker has signed into law voting reforms to give Massachusetts voters the option to vote by mail and decrease their COVID-19 risks. Cheryl Clyburn Crawford, Executive Director from MassVOTE whose organization has been spearheading this reform effort and Executive Director of Lawyers for Civil Rights, Ivan Espinoza discuss how the new law works and the required voter education effort.
